    Our top priority is our dedication to ensuring the health of not only our employees, but our extended team and community of customers. We want to maintain a safe workplace and encourage/adopt practices to do so. Regarding what we know about COVID-19 and how that directly relates to us as a community, please see below.


    New Office Hours:

    Charles Albert is located in Pompano Beach, Broward County, Florida.

    On March 22, 2020, Broward County Mayor Dale V.C. Holness ordered all "non-essential" commercial and retail businesses to close. In response to this, our office is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 virus. 

    As of May 18, 2020, Broward County Mayor Dale V.C. has granted permission for Phase 1 businesses to re-open. As we play our part in resuming business, we’d like to share some coinciding words from our Mayor: “The sentiment is that we continue working together and have a unified approach opening up the county.”

    Order Processing:

    Our office is back up and running and we are doing our best to adjust to the “new normal”. Orders will continue to be processed and shipped by our Inventory team.

    Order Shipping:

    According to information received from our shipping partners, they will be maintaining delivery services in all areas, except where limited by government restrictions. These same shipping partners are considered to be "essential businesses" meaning that your package will be shipped, but there is a high possibility for delays. 

    USPS Delays: In the past couple of weeks, we have had customers express that when selecting USPS to ship their orders, they are arriving later than the indicated "ship by" date. If you select this service to ship your order, please expect delays.

    Our Team:

    Our employees, both near and far, are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure a healthy workplace. We are also being proactive to upkeep lucrative safety and health guidelines. 

    Re-opening Precautions & Safety Measures:

    As it has always been, the safety and security of our customers is our top priority and we have consistently taken pride in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

    We are currently taking the precautionary measures suggested by the CDC. Some of these specific measures are as follows:

    • Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
    • Wiping door knobs and handles daily.
    • Cleaning all common areas multiple times a day.
    • Washing hands with antibacterial soap when coming in and out of the office.

    During Phase 1 of re-opening, our staff will cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace. Employees are reminded of the following:

    • Requirement to wear a face covering at work.
    • Stay home when you feel any symptom arising.
    • Wash your hands with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
    • Cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze, and discard used tissues in the trash.
    • Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms.
    • Clean frequently touched surfaces. 
    • Avoid touching your face.

    Also, our work areas are equipped with disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer and our team has been trained to routinely disinfect. For more information and steps we are taking, please see:
