    A RESALE NUMBER IS REQUIRED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. Opening Order: $200 Minimum - Reorders: $50 Minimum.

    Any questions, please call your sales representative. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We require a faxed copy of our credit card authorization form prior to shipping. Most orders are shipped the same day if received before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We ship via USPS, UPS Ground & Air Service. Ground shipping will be used unless specified otherwise. 3 Day Ground Service will be used if the transit time is longer than 3 days to arrive at your location.  FedEx Express services are also available.

     

    Returns:

    Charles Albert, Inc. guarantees your satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order, you may return it for exchange or your money back. All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. A $15 service charge will apply to any returned check or COD.
